Communication software suitable for our Power Harmonics Analysers. The correct software for your tester depends of the current firmware version. To see what firmware version you currently have, turn on the power harmonics analyser and you will see the firmware version in the right bottom side of the display.

 

When your firmware version is below 4.0 you need the Powerlink software v1.57

 

When your firmware version is between 4.0 and 5.2 you need the Powerlink software v4.4

 

When your firmware version is 5.2 you need the Powerlink software v5.2

 

When your firmware version is 5.4 you need the Powerlink software v5.4

 

When your firmware version is 5.5 you need the Powerlink software v5.5

In case your tester is equipped with a serial output but your computer/notebook does not support serial communication, you need to use a serial-to-USB. We can supply a serial-to-USB cable (FTDI), click here for serial-to-USB cable.

 

For most computers/notebooks this cable works with  the 'plug-and-play' principle. In case you do need to install a driver to work with the serial-to-USB cable, see below.
