The new EX 90L is a compact and lightweight light which complies to the strictest safety standards in the industry. The light has a robust housing and comes with a battery for operation up to twelve hours. 

 

Zone 0 explosion proof means the EX 90L is suitable for situations with increased risk of explosions. Illumination systems need to be switched off when gas accumulation occurs. (i.e. ventilation problems) Because of the unique design of Smith Light there is no detonation hazard, so the EX 90L can be used (IECEx).

 

Use in explosive areas is not the only application. Due to the high illumination output it can be used in everyday situation. The weight of only 8.4 kg and compact housing make the EX 90L portable and extremely versatile.

 

In closed position the Smith Light is only 600 mm high and can be set up in places where limited space is available, but where a temporary signal illumination is still needed.

 

The LEDs offers more than 60.000 hours of illumination, which results in a substantial decrease of maintenance and consumption costs.

In order to use the Smith Light under various circumstances, several optional accessories can be connected to the base. E.g. scaffold, tripod or pole attachment and a stability / security plate.
